SAP Systems Support Analyst role open with SAP experience in any of the following areas (FI/ CO/ SD/ MM/ PM/ WM). Candidate will join dynamic team to meet and/ or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLA's) as well as acting as second level support for incident resolution.
Job tasks includes daily Monitoring & Reporting Requirements, Maintaining documentation, training material, 1st Line Call Resolution, SAP Service Desk System Monitoring, test scripts, business specifications, SAP User Administration, Assisting the SAP Specialists when required
Client & 3rd Party Liaison
Experience of working to ITIL practises on a Remedy call logging system would be an advantage.
Candidates should have the relevant SAP knowledge and experience in supporting complex systems. Fluent English, valid EU passport or HSMP with back track record of 3 years as there is Security clearance required.
