-Advanced knowledge of SQL Server Database Tuning & Optimization
-Knowledge and experience with the .NET platform.
-Willingness and self initiated effort made to keep up with the latest technology.
-Ability to work in a team environment.
-Excellent communication skills.
-The SQL Server DBA will be responsible for designing, maintaining and tuning the databases of various enterprise projects. He will be expected to identify and fix performance issues and will help and coach developers. He will organize database change management across different software releases.
