A 2nd Line Desktop Support Analyst with LAN administration skills is required for our client based in York. With knowledge of RAS support; IBM / HP Desktop hardware; Microsoft desktop Applications;IBM / HP Server Hardware (installation & configuration) and blackberry support, candidates will be required to provide desktop support for all local and remote users of the European LAN. You will also be required to procure, build and configure desktops and laptops in addition to configuring user access. Candidates will be required to travel to remote sites.
