MCSE Qualified Infrastructure Support Analyst is required to go onsite within a market leading media established retail firm . The main responsibilities required on a day-to-day basis include but are not limited to:
-Profile Administration (starter/ leavers/ role changes) and maintain accurate records of all changes for auditing purposes.
-Problem determination, fixing and reporting, Investigation of incidents assigned by the Service Desk.
-Following agreed procedures, maintains and reports up to date and accurate inventory information on the organisation's IT assets.
-System Implementation of systems hardware, networks, supporting software and development procedures.
-Carry out day to day operational activities in support of LAN based production systems and systems in test.
-Server and PC administration
-Carry out systems administration function for managing resources (people / equipment) on the network
-Perform role of IT security officer as required.

Knowledge and skills required:
-Knowledge of the IT infrastructure to include operation Terminal Server Farms, Citrix
AS/ 400, IBM compatible PC/ X-series servers, IBM Blade technology, SANs
-Windows XP
-Telecommunications TCP/ IP Protocols
