My client is the industry leading provider of Document Integrity and Outbound Content Security software. They are currently looking to recruit a QA Manager to take primary responsibility for the management of the quality assurance group in the R&D organization.
You will define quality metrics, lead the QA team and manage the QA cycle within the business unit's development and release cycle. You will be involved in projects which will primarily involve state of the art, enterprise-class as well as small-business and SOHO-grade desktop applications and server solutions. While the primary focus of the position is on technical leadership and department management, it will require regular hands-on work as well.
The ideal candidate will come from a development backgroung and have a number of years management experience in a QA/ testing environment (with exposure to Citrix). You should also have experience in with testing for security technology; understanding of enterprise architecture, n-tier web applications, networking, document management solutions. Additionally, experience with Rational Robot, WinRunner, Silk, Mercury, Clover or similar is essential. Strong working knowledge of software build and release management processes, including direct experience with content management tools and technologies is essential.
You should be self-motivated, dynamic, organized, and responsible, and a team player who is able to contribute substantially to fast-moving, diverse groups.
