My client, a leading financial institution based in London currently requires a Release Analyst/ Manager to work within the Service Delivery area. You should have experience of working within a Project Team and of ITIL processes such as Change Management, Configuration Management and Release Management. You should also have experience of software releases using SMS and building rollout plans for deployments. Successful candidate should be confident in supporting SharePoint Services which is used for the Intranet. Above all, my client is looking for someone who is a quick learner, enthusiastic and accustomed to working in a high pressure environment.
