Oracle Programme Director, Bangkok, Thailand. English-speaking project.
My client is a very major Consumer Products organisation which is due to implement the Oracle E-Business Suite from May or June across its various operating units in Asia (Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam).
They will engage with a consulting partner to provide the necessary technical resource and project guidance but they also looking for a heavyweight Oracle Project Manager / Oracle Programme Manager to manage the relationship with the consulting partner from their side. Reporting to both the CIO and IT Director, you will advise them on how to build the most effective relationship with their consulting partner, put together effective governance structures and help drive through the project on budget and to agreed timescales.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of Oracle Project Management gained wither from within a consultancy or from managing the work of consultancies previously. Experience in rolling our Oracle across South East Asia would also be an advantage, but is not a requirement.
