Web Developer – C# / ASP.NET / JavaScript / HTML / CSS / C++ / AJAX / Object Oriented / Southampton / would consider a visual C++ or Java developer with no C#)

Brief
The role involves developing web based products for a small dynamic company (currently setting up an office in Southampton), who specialise in delivering web and telephony based products to high profile sales organisations.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle particularly with demonstrable knowledge of object orientated techniques and documentation. Knowledge of RUP / UML is preferable though not essential. The role will entail the production of system level documentation for internal support purposes.
The successful candidate will receive training in developing applications using Adobe Flex. This exciting new technology utilises ECMA JavaScript and CSS as the core programming language and therefore proven experience in HTML / JavaScript / CSS is a key requirement. Solid SQL skills are required with experience using MySQL or any other major DBMS such as SQL Server or IBM DB2. Experience in developing middle-tier components using C# is a key requirement, and exposure to web services / XML would be advantageous.
Key Skills

• SQL – table design, stored procedures, views
