Senior Technologist, Web 2.0, Databases, Green Field, London - My client is a not for profit organisation based in the City of London. They are a seeking an experienced IT professional to architect, design and implement a new IT Platform. There are 5 main areas of expertise that the candidate will need to have for this role; a)hands-on experience of developing B2C websites and web communities using tools such as Web 2.0, Java and .Net. b)experience of working on relational databases/ RDBMS, preferably IBM. c) Integration experience of back-end databases and front-end websites. d)experience of managing 3rd party COTS/ Development vendors. e)experience of developing technology architectures. This is an extremely good opportunity for somebody to create a solution from scratch, and have complete artistic license.
