Our client a leading global bank are currently seeking 2 x Business Analysts with proven analysis experience across the banking sector. You will have the following skills set: Business analysis - Expert Process Mapping - Competent Exposure to and/ or liaison with business units. A good working knowledge of the Bank's infrastructure - business operations, IT development and operations, governance and risk. Experience of consultancy style working - working collaboratively with business units to identify issues and progress remediation actions. Excellent business analysis and communications skills, both written and oral Good analytical thinking Adept at dealing with people across the organization and at all levels Credible with senior management Well organized and with an ability to focus on detail whilst still able to appreciate the wider context of an issue or situation. Able to prioritise effectively, show motivation and initiative. Able to work collaboratively with a business unit. Able to influence, guide and direct in situations where they do not have authority to impose approaches or solutions on the business. Candidates must have a strong banking background for this role
