My client is looking for a developer with the following experience

* Around 4-6+ years of work experience.

* Around 2-3+ years of experience in Java, Jruby, WAP applications, telco experience, Ruby on Rails.

* Understand the requirements (both functional and non-functional) by going through the specifications and with inputs from Business Analyst IN ORDER TO participate efficiently in the Design, Development and testing phase of the project.

* Understand application Architecture document and seek inputs from the architecture / design team to understand the overall architecture IN ORDER TO provide deliverables in line with architectural requirements.

* Develop and review artifacts (Code, Documentation, Unit test scripts) conduct review for self and peers, conduct unit test and document unit test results IN ORDER TO build the application and make it ready for Validation/Delivery.

Experience/Qualifications/Competencies:

* Around of 4-6+ years of work experience in IT project development.

* Excellent communication/presentation/verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong analytical skills.

* Self-starter.

* Good background of working in client managed teams
