A major EPCM on one of the largest O&G project in Australia are seeking a Lead Incident Investigator to be responsible for managing and providing compliance for the Project Incident Reporting, Investigation and Management procedures.

This person will be responsible for:

- providing training in formal accident investigation procedures and for developing incident investigation response protocols.

- Consistent application of incident classification criteria to incidents and subsequent analysis of causal factors and

- Closeout of reports that include, when appropriate, the disposition of corrective measures instituted in response to an incident.

- The Field Supervisors, including Subcontractor ES&H Advisor Supervisors, will be trained to apply root-cause analytical methods in accordance with the Incident Reporting, Investigation and Management procedures.

- This person will also be expected to help develop a team around them.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in HSE/Management/Engineering or equivalent degree level

- Knowledge of WA Workplace H&S Laws

- OIL & GAS or LNG refinery experience

- Cert 4. TAE

- Y-TREE, ICAM or TapRoot Certification
