Support Anayst required by top city commodities house. strong ability/ knowledge in Infrastructure and SQL queries required.
You will have:
IT experience working with ETRM systems in a trading environment with a solid understanding of physical and financial energy commodities. understanding the full transaction cycle of trade capture from trade entry, trade authorisation, logistics, risks and settlements. Experience of supporting business critical front office production applications preferably in a commodity trading or investment bank.
Role:
•Provide comprehensive support of all third-party applications covering front to back-office. This is to include technical support, upgrades, testing and implementation.
•Provide technical advice to the business by identifying the most appropriate tools for the job
•Help to ensure that trading and ETRM systems are available during business hours and have maximum uptime.
•Taking an active interest in business activities and monitoring the impact of business developments on the current and planned technical solutions.
•Act as a technical liaison between the various corporate business units and the IT departments


Excellent academic background required.
