Joining us, you’ll be part of a highly focused, dynamic team working on our ‘World Class Service Recovery’ programme. You will play a key role in providing management information and business insight, ensuring informed decisions are made. Alongside this, you’ll identify, analyse and present root cause analysis data, identifying where business areas focus to fix any customer facing issues. Using this information, you’ll translate requirements into visually appealing, actionable service failure insight reports and dashboards and, you will use test and learn principles to ensure business support reports are continually evolving and adapting.
With demonstrable experience and working knowledge of SQL, Tableau and statistical analysis techniques, you’ll have a highly numerate and analytical approach to all work. You will have the natural ability to critically evaluate data, drawing conclusions for analysis and ensuring the right inferences are made in their interpretation. Alongside this, you’ll use your experience in producing multi-layered reporting dashboards and range of data sources to produce recommendations and insights to drive efficient decision making.
