Boeing UK is looking for a bright, enthusiastic, data driven, and quick learning individual to join the Human Resources team. You would be working with the UK HR Director and HR team to provide data, metrics, schedules and reports to support activity across all areas of HR. Supporting a fast growing and dynamic business, the HR team is seen as key to the continuing success and growth of Boeing in the UK. This role is instrumental in developing HR business metrics and ensuring the team takes it place at the centre of integrated business activities.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Work with UK HR Director and HR team to provide Executive briefings, reports, metrics, tracking and status reports
- Support creation of People Council decks, Coded Project reports, HR Team briefings and input
- Support HR meeting schedules and actions. Develop and maintain schedules, monitor and track execution of the UK HR plan
- Coordinate headcount reporting and metrics reports with Business Leaders, Finance, US Business Unit Finance and HR
- Support provision of HR Comms and updates to employees liaising with Functions, Programs and UK Internal Comms
- Provide support to UK Compensation &Benefits Specialist for submission to surveys, industry survey groups and data analysis -- Provide input to planning and development of Employee Engagement events - Roadshows, webexes, meetings and analysis of Employee Survey and monitoring of Action Plans
Qualifications and experience:
- Degree preferable
- Preferable -experience of the use of HR data to support business decisions
- Demonstrated experience of defining requirements for development of management information
- Demonstrated experience and competency in data handling, metrics, creating reports to identify trends and, decisions support
- Demonstrated Excel competency - expert level. Used spreadsheets to deliver analysis and action tracking
- Expert Power Point skills and demonstrated experience of generating presentations and reports to illustrate data
- Planning and organizational skills
- Experience of working with groups of people across multiple sites/locations
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written skills and numerical and analytical thinking
- Mobile - requirement to travel to UK sites from time to time
