Information Management plays a role in everything we do – in the office and out on track. It will be down to you to keep everything running smoothly, by managing the availability and performance of systems infrastructure and applications components. This will involve leading internal and supplier activities across the department and acting as the go-to person for any day-to-day service delivery issues.

To take on this role, you’ll need:

• in-depth knowledge of the ITIL Service Management framework
• success in a previous operational IT management role
• knowledge of the end-to-end service delivery models.
