Because Information Management plays a role in everything we do - in the office and out on track – the software you issue will be vital to the smooth running of our organisation. You’ll need to manage the entire rollout process, oversee all technical aspects and ensure all changes are traceable, so that each update or configuration goes off without a hitch.

To take on this role, you’ll need:

• systems knowledge that includes: software configuration management applications, ‘CRON’ jobs, ftp and telnet, Perl or Shell, SQL, HPUX, and Microsoft
• to be ITIL qualified to foundation level
• a commitment to team work.
