Pricing and Market Development Executive

British Airways is renowned across the world and the sheer scale of our organisation means that as one of the Pricing and Market Development Executives, you値l be tackling a huge variety of challenges every day. Reporting to the Market Development Manager, Revenue Management it will be down to you to deliver a series of price-product strategies by exercising every ounce of your commercial expertise and analytical ability. Understanding our competitors, the economic market and external influences, and their impact on our pricing will be key to the role.

Day to day you値l analyse business problems and then use your excellent communication skills to present your solutions to key figures. Alongside this you値l structure and coordinate the ongoing evolution of a Pricing strategy for the local senior management team and ensure that it is followed.

With a background in Sales, Business Analysis or Revenue Management, you値l be capable of implementing strategies, follow best practice and at the same time you値l ensure that all pricing decisions are compatible with the overall business needs and offer the most profitable option for BA.

Your strong business acumen will be coupled with a highly numerate and analytical mind. Together these enviable skills will help you evaluate and choose from a number of complex options. You don稚 need to come from an aviation background, however reservation and ticketing experience would certainly be useful.
