Senior Business Analyst

You'll identify, plan and control all high-level design and analysis on a fascinating portfolio of projects. Day-to-day, you'll lead design and analysis activity, working with internal and external clients to elicit and model business requirements. You'll then explore innovative options to address these requirements, develop business cases to support your designs and oversee the delivery of design solutions. A leader in every sense, you'll be a role model our analysis practice, guiding and supporting others, while acting as a trusted adviser to senior executives. We'll look to you too for early idea clarification and to influence our methods, tools and culture with your knowledge and experience.

You'll be seen as an expert business advisor who's got industry knowledge, instant credibility and real gravitas. That calls for impressive, relevant experience in financial services, as well as a gift for managing stakeholders. You'll have proved your worth as a senior business analyst, displaying commercial acumen and a talent for leadership. You can draw on your knowledge of business and enterprise architecture as well as retail banking and card management. With this expertise, you'll be ready for some of the biggest change projects around – and one of the biggest change management roles. An ISEB, CBAP or TOGAF qualification would be an advantage.

We're looking for those with experience in digital consumer payments as well as senior business analysis generalists.
