British Airways is seeking to appoint a Programme and Portfolio Manager Customer Programmes to join the management team.
You will have experience of delivering a Portfolio of Projects and will be able to demonstrate a successful track record of managing complex change portfolios. You will, of course have highly developed influencing and communication skills and use these to inform and manage the expectations of senior stakeholders up to the BA leadership team.
Your organisational approach and motivational style will lead to you create a “one team” approach across disparate members of project teams by sharing best practise and common programme/ department goals.
A natural strategic thinker, you will be able to translate a strategic approach to a set of project deliverables, and give clarity when dealing with complexity and ambiguity.
You will ideally have a Professional Programme management accreditation such as MSP, Prince2, APM)
