We strive for continuous improvement, monitoring our service levels and analysing data to provide reports and recommendations to deliver ongoing excellence.
We now require 2 Performance Analysts to undertake performance data analysis and deliver information to stakeholders in a variety of formats. You will work as part of a team and therefore should be able to collaborate on projects when required. Good IT skills including in depth knowledge of IT applications for data management with a logical approach are pre-requisites.
Previous experience of working in a customer-focused environment plus an organised approach is also required.
