Senior Building Surveyor
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30,000
My client, a national firm of chartered surveyors and property consultants are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to work with Partners and other fee-earners to provide first-rate building consultancy advice to clients in both the public and private sectors, throughout the Midlands and, as required throughout the UK.
The successful candidate will need to build and establish effective, commercial relationships with key client contacts, built upon technical expertise and outstanding communication (both written and face-to-face).
The skills for this role you will need are as follows:
Excellent organisation skills
Excellent time management
Excellent communication skills
Interpersonal kills
Ability to prioritise your workload
Proactive
Confident and self motivated
Requirements:
MRICS - qualified with a minimum of 2 years relevant post-qualification experience across a full range of building surveying duties, gained within a professional surveying practice - preferably within the Midlands.
A minimum of 3 years relevant experience, demonstrating a proven track record in dealing with a full range of building surveying issues.
Possess good ICT skills
Valid UK driving licence
