Job Description
The role is based in our growing digital team in Bristol, increasing our number to 26 designers, developers and visualisers nationwide. You will be working alongside the development lead on iPad applications, large scale websites and researching new technologies such as augmented reality and HTML 5.
We are looking for a talented developer, with extensive experience, who enjoys researching new technology and the buzz of a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.

Requirements
We require an experienced Flash/ Javascript developer with proven experience in:
•ActionScript 3 / Flex SDK
•OOP
•Client-server communication
•HTML, XHTML, XML and CSS
•Javascript, jquery & AJAX
Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:
•Adobe creative suite
•Papervision3D/ Away3D
•Air and Mobile Air
•PHP
In addition, the successful candidate should demonstrate the following skills / experience:
•Be able to showcase an extensive portfolio of sites / applications
•An extensive level of experience of working in a similar role
•Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
•Ability to work within a team
•The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and have proven success in meeting tight deadlines
•Possess excellent interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will be:
•Responsible for designing, amending and implementing small and large scale digital initiatives
•You will be client facing so confidence is key
•Educating designers on development languages and techniques
•Use a high degree of technical & professional judgement in order to resolve design & technical challenges.
•Excellent attention to detail with technical and creative principles
•Designing / building mobile websites
•Ensure that the set up and coding of the site is clean and well documented, including good SEO, usability, WC3 and accessibility rules
•Building CMS-driven websites
Right to Work
